Vivaldi Browser makes it easy to manage multiple tabs

Vivaldi Technologies Inc. Version 3.6 From the Vivaldi web browser, which includes a unique method for managing lots of tabs, the browser adds a second row of tabs called two-tiered tab sets.

Vivaldi Browser introduced the feature for the first time as a trial in December 2020, but you can now officially immerse yourself in the two-tiered tab sets.

Creating two-tier group tabs is as easy as holding down the Command or Control key, selecting which tabs you want to be in the group, and then right-clicking and choosing New Tab Group from the dropdown menu.

You can also achieve the same effect by dragging one tab on top of another, and clicking on the newly created tab set will bring up the second row of tabs inside.

You can also rename and close a group of tabs at once from the drop-down menu with the right click of the mouse as well.

With a two-tiered set of tabs, each group can function as a visually distinct workspace, despite the many browser-based projects you might have at one time.

It can be a way to group tabs in your window while keeping tabs in order and keep you from losing the page when you need it, or it can be just another way to store more tabs.

And Vivaldi Browser also lets you place tabs on the sides and bottom of the browser window, and the new two-tiered tab feature works in those directions as well.

The Chromium-based Vivaldi Browser has been geared towards professional users since its inception, as it is highly customizable, packed with features and looks premium when it comes to privacy.

The browser launched with tab grouping in 2016, something that Google Chrome didn’t start rolling out until 2020.

And if you like tree-shaped tabs, which can branch and nest inside other tabs, Vivaldi has this feature as well.

And if you don’t want to use two-tiered tab sets, you can still use the zipped set to save some screen space, but you have to hover over the group to check its tabs.

And theWrote (John von Tetzchner) Jon von Tetzchner, co-founder and CEO of Vivaldi: In the first public appearance of the desktop and laptop browser six years ago, we unveiled the feature of grouping and managing tabs together, and today we are introducing the two-tiered tab sets feature to move tab functionality To the next level.
