Revealed a company Huawei announced the EMUI 11 user interface last September, with many new features that will be available for its smartphones and tablets.
Among the new features supported by EMUI 11 is the ability to separate the screen into the largest window to support multitasking, constantly running screens.
Since then, the Chinese company started offering the user interface with its trial version for some of its phones, and now it has announced the launch schedule of the final stable version of EMUI 11 for its devices in the global markets.
And published Huawei Tables showing the device names, model number, and scheduled launch date for EMUI 11, depending on the region. The mentioned regions included: the Middle East, Africa, Russia, the countries of Asia bordering the Pacific Ocean, the countries of Western Europe, the countries of Northeast Europe, the countries of Latin America, Japan and India.
As for the countries of the Middle East, Africa and Russia, Huawei intends to launch the final stable version of EMUI 11 in three stages, which will receive: HUAWEI P40, HUAWEI P40 Pro, HUAWEI P40 Pro Plus, HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro, and HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G will be on update in December.
During the month of January 2021, the update will reach only two phones: the HUAWEI Mate Xs and the HUAWEI nova 7.
And before the end of the first quarter of 2021, the update will reach 11 devices: HUAWEI P30, HUAWEI Mate 20 X, HUAWEI Mate 20 X 5G, HUAWEI Mate 20, HUAWEI Mate 20 RS PORSCHE DESIGN, HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro , HUAWEI P30 Pro, HUAWEI nova 5T, HUAWEI MatePad Pro, HUAWEI MatePad Pro 5G, and HUAWEI MediaPad M6 10.8 inches.
In the future, Huawei will install its operating system (Harmony OS 2.0) 2.0 for eligible devices. In the event that Huawei decided to completely dispense with the Android system, it is not expected to launch EMUI 12.
