The charger provides 15W charging for iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, and includes an improved charging pad for AirPods Pro and AirPods with a second-generation wireless charging case.
The new BoostCharge Pro MagSafe wireless charger is due to be launched later this year in March or April, when it will be available via Apple and Belkin websites.
Besides the new wireless charger, Belkin also announced its second line of Soundform Freedom wireless earbuds. The original Soundform headphones came in at $ 60.
Belkin aspires to achieve greater heights with the Soundform Freedom headphones, as the new headphones feature a better battery life of up to eight hours, with an additional 20 hours in the holster, USB-C charging, and improved background noise isolation, despite the lack of active noise cancellation.
Notably, the Soundform Freedom earbuds will also be one of the first third-party products to work with Apple’s Find My network, something Apple announced it was offering as an option last year.
Similar to Apple’s AirPods, you can use the Find My app on iPhones and Macs to locate lost headphones using the same crowdsourcing network for Apple products that Apple devices can use.
The Soundform Freedom earbuds also offer Qi and USB-C charging and interchangeable ear tips, and are IPX5 rated for splash resistance.
Belkin hasn’t announced a pricing yet, but it will be available for purchase sometime in March or April.
