Apple announced during its Time Flies event recently a new Fitness Plus that integrates with the new Apple Watch standards, and also supports users with a customized exercise experience on iPhones, iPads and Apple TVs.
The Fitness Plus app comes with a dedicated engine to support the user with suggestions for sports exercises, and it also works on using artificial intelligence technology to push new suggestions according to the user’s previous exercises.
The Fitness Plus app also comes with a tool to filter suggestions and choose the type of training, trainer or music, and it also supports the user with a feature to set the workout time.
The Fitness Plus app is also better integrated with the Apple smart watch, as the smart watch will display the type of exercise that is displayed on iPhones, iPads and also Apple TVs in real time and automatically, and the smart watch will work directly on setting the scales and the Burn Bar at Starting exercises.
A feature that Studio workouts also comes to Fitness Plus app with different types of exercises between cycling, treadmill, rowing, intense exercise, yoga, and dancing, among other exercises, and the user will be supported with new exercises developed by expert athletes.
Initially, the Fitness Plus app will be available in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, with a subscription fee of $ 10 per month or $ 80 per year.
